I was first introduced to Janey’s facebook page from a friend who had been following and felt that it was an excellent resource for personal development. I have really enjoyed the course with exercises and videos /audios that can be revisited as many times as needed. It has really helped me in my personal and professional life and I can highly recommend Janey with her caring kind approach who is easy to talk with. I came to Janey because I was struggling with my confidence and moving forward. I was hanging onto things that weren’t serving me or my growth. After the course, I feel more able to move forward with my goals in life and let go of things that don’t serve me. I think the biggest change I have made is the believe in myself that I can choose how I respond to things and that I can recognise where I may be triggered and deal with this in a more controlled way. I have also found techniques and ways that I can cope with things that come up and may affect me.
